What should I do if the item has obvious defects?
If you find any obvious defects in the item within 7 days of purchase, such as visible cracks, no response, or inability to vibrate, please take photos or videos and send them to us in a timely manner. We will verify with the manufacturer, and if it is confirmed to be a product defect, we will proceed with a return or exchange. To meet the return or exchange criteria, your item must include all original components, parts, and packaging. Please bear the return shipping costs.
Due to damage caused by the buyer's personal reasons, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
